About Cuyahoga Falls
Cuyahoga Falls is an excellent place for first-time homeowners to find a new home. The city is named for the waterfalls that flow through the scenic Main Street district: a picturesque place to eat, shop, and stroll along the Cuyahoga River.
In addition to the clusters of waterfalls across the southern edge of the city, Cuyahoga Falls has several other features that lend natural beauty to the landscape. The Cuyahoga Valley National Park is a popular destination for walking, biking, and hiking. In Gorge Park, part of the Summit County Metroparks, Mary Campbell Cave and huge cliffs make the scenery particularly interesting as well.
In addition to its natural features, Cuyahoga Falls boasts some of the best indoor and outdoor recreation in the area. The Natatorium, a state-of-the-art gym, spa, and pool facility, is centrally located for the city. There is also the nearby Water Works Aquatic Center, a family-friendly, relaxed waterpark. Brookledge Golf Course sits in the southeast corner of the city as well.
One of the most well-known attractions of Cuyahoga Falls is Blossom Music Center. Blossom is home to many events throughout the spring, summer, and fall – ranging from classical evenings with the Cleveland Orchestra on the lawn to invigorating rock and punk shows.
Cuyahoga Falls is a growing city. Many turn-of-the-century homes and upscale housing developments draw the attention first-time home buyers, with and without families. Cuyahoga Falls is a unique place to call home!
